New management structure

As of May 1, 2002, HUBER+SUHNER reorganized its management structure. The Chief Executive Committee was replaced by a five-strong Executive Group Management headed by Urs Kaufmann. The other members elected to the new management team were Hanspeter Bär (Mobile Communications + Electronics), Ingo Kübler (Wired Solutions +.Networks), Paul Harris (Regions), and Bernard Schwarzer (Finance). Urs Kaufmann has held various positions within the HUBER+SUHNER Group since 1994, most recently as Head of Polymer Systems.
