A new level of physical demarcation

LISA Double Access is a high-density and modular cross-connect fiber management solution with a clear demarcation point between incoming and outgoing connectivity. The solution has been designed for customers who demand quick, simple and reliable MACs (Moves, Adds and Changes) while expecting an attractive cost benefit.

In addition to the well-known values the LISA system offers, the LISA Double Access design physically separates the incoming and outgoing connections of the installation. The centralised over-length management provides a good overview of the connectivity.

Operators appreciate the simple and effective cable handling the solution offers, where each port within the rack can be reached with a patch cord of 3.5 metre length, further simplifying operations and logistics. The use of a 1500 mm rack reduces floor space requirements by 17 % compared to a conventional LISA setup with equivalent port density.
  • LISA cassettes

    Cassettes with new features

LISA cassettes are the side-facing connectivity “blocks” that are inserted into LISA chassis within high-density 300 mm racks, designed for speed of installation.

  • LISA chassis

For left and right hand installation

The LISA chassis enables high-density applications and manages splicing, patching, transition, splitter or WDM cassettes inside the centralised cross-connect rack.

  • CDR rack

    Double access handling

The CDR 1500 rack used for LISA Double Access enables high-density applications for up to 2 x 100 LISA cassettes. This corresponds to a maximum density of 2 x 1800 ports (3600 ports) per rack.
