Connecting the next generation

Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Fiber in the Home (FITH) revolutionise the way people live, work and play. The vast bandwidth capability of fiber optics has opened new doors for operators, service providers and developers who are eager to capitalise on the service delivery and revenue opportunities only fiber can deliver. FTTH is the shining star of the Next Generation Access network, and provides an excellent platform for high or ultra-high speed access technologies.

Not only do fixed access network operators benefit from FTTH solutions but advanced wireless networks do as well, especially with regards to increased backhaul capacity in public WiFi and 4G/5G networks. Fiber infrastructure at the heart of a smart city not only brings measurable benefits to both the public and private sectors but also to the actual citizens themselves. The future digital generations will not only demand higher bandwidth but will expect it in order to meet their connectivity needs. HUBER+SUHNER recognises these needs, accepts the challenge and is ready to connect with them.
