Share buyback programme 2021 

The share buyback programme, which was announced by HUBER+SUHNER AG on 21 October 2021, lasted from 29 October 2021 to 30 March 2023. The capital reduction through the cancellation of 1,010,000 shares to 19,190,000 shares as per 5 April 2024 was implemented by means of a resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2024.
