    Share buyback programme 2021 was concluded

    The share buyback programme announced by HUBER+SUHNER AG on 21 October 2021 lasted from 29 October 2021 to 30 March 2023. By reaching the targeted buyback of HUBER+SUHNER AG shares in the amount of 5 % of the share capital which corresponds to 1'010'000 registered shares, the programme has been concluded.
