HUBER+SUHNER Group completes the takeover of Polatis on schedule

On 30 May 2016 HUBER+SUHNER signed the contracts to take over Polatis, a group headquartered in Bedford, MA (USA) and Cambridge, UK (press release of HUBER+SUHNER on 31 May 2016). In the meantime, all legal steps to close the transaction were implemented.

Effective 8 June 2016, Polatis has become legally part of the HUBER+SUHNER Group.
