Whereas typical antennas are powered by electricity to receive satellite signals, HUBER+SUHNER provides a unique approch to power antennas directly via fiber optics, making them resistant to RFIs, EMIs and EMPs. This also allows distances up to 7km between the receiver and antenna, and can be expanded to a complete RF-over-fiber timing solution.
