The long-standing member of the Board of Directors of HUBER+SUHNER AG, George H. Müller, will not be available for re-election at the 51st Annual General Meeting on 1 April 2020.
The Board of Directors thanks George H. Müller for his commitment and contribution to the development of HUBER+SUHNER over the past 19 years. The Board will not propose any additions to the Board of Directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
