Share buyback programme 2021

The share buyback programme announced by HUBER+SUHNER AG on 21 October 2021, commenced on 29 October 2021. Over a maximum period of three years, HUBER+SUHNER AG will buy back up to 5% of the listed registered shares via a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange. This corresponds to 1'010'000 registered shares, the cancellation of which will be proposed by the Board of Directors at one or more future General Meetings.
