Administrative site in Alleroed

HUBER+SUHNER Denmark is located in Alleroed and is a team with strong communication who manage all three technologies. As well as being friendly, flexible and supportive, we have good values, provide great opportunities for employees to develop themselves by obtaining different work experiences.


We have been present in Denmark since 2005.

France


Established closed to Versailles, in Voisins le Bretonneux, HUBER+SUHNER France is a sales office in charge of the French territory. We are actively designing, promoting, and selling our products and solutions from our three core technologies in the three group market segments Communication, Transport and Industry. We are a focused team fully dedicated to our customers and partners with a high level of technical skills and market knowledge. Our French office includes field Sales Managers, field Application Engineers, a strong cross-segmental Customer Service, all supported by a solid administrative team. 


We have been present in France since 1990.

Germany


HUBER+SUHNER GmbH has been located in Taufkirchen since 1980. In July 2024 the teams moved to a new office building in Unterhaching with free seating and open spaces to foster cross-functional collaboration. HUBER+SUHNER Germany has a good team spirit and flat hierarchies in an international company with exciting projects. 


In 2019, we acquired BKtel Communications with three locations in Germany (Hückelhoven-Baal | Kornwestheim | Rosenheim). All activities are integrated into our Fiber Optics technology segment. HUBER+SUHNER BKtel GmbH develops, manufactures and implements active and passive components for broadband networks and has extensive expertise in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), hybrid fiber coax (HFC) and distributed access architecture (DAA) as well as optical signal processing. 


Cube Optics AG has been aquired in 2014 by HUBER+SUHNER. The teams develop, manufacture and market miniaturised fiber-optic components, modules and systems for the use in data and telecommunications products. Furthermore, CUBO's components are applied in wavelength selective sensing applications in the oil & gas market, medical applications, military, security & safety equipment.  


We have been present in Germany since 1980. 

Poland


HUBER+SUHNER Sp. z o.o. and the location of HUBER+SUHNER Polatis Operations represents the largest workforce outside of Switzerland at HUBER+SUHNER. We are a team of ambitious and creative people. We design and manufacture components and system solutions for electrical and optical data and energy transfer. Our products are sold in three markets: telecommunications, transport and industry.


The two sites Tczew and Swarożyn are quite close to each other, it takes just a twelve-minute drive to get from one site to the other. Most colleagues are based in Tczew which runs a production facility for RF, automotive cable systems (ACS), advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) plus a warehouse. In Swarożyn you will find another facility that complements the production in Tczew. 


From Krakow airport you can reach our site in Krzeszowice in less than 20 minutes. The site is run by HUBER+SUHNER Polatis Operations and is responsible for the volume production of Polatis switches.


We have been present in Poland since 2002.

Sweden


Administrative site in Kista

HUBER+SUHNER Sweden is located in Kista, Stockholm and is a team with strong communication who manage all three technologies. As well as being friendly, flexible and supportive, we have good values, provide great opportunities for employees to develop themselves by obtaining different work experiences.

Switzerland


At HUBER+SUHNER in Switzerland, we bring quality and innovation to global markets. Around 1,200 employees at our headquarters in Herisau and Pfäffikon ZH are in constant exchange with our worldwide locations. Our roots date back to 1864. HUBER+SUHNER itself as an organisation exists since 1969.

Tunisia


The Tunisian site runs a large production facility of electrical and fiber optics cable assemblies. The local teams are highly skilled and motivated to honor customers’ requirements. HUBER+SUHNER Tunisia enjoys an excellent location due to its proximity to European markets. Our success is based on entrepreneurial spirit and respect of people. At HUBER+SUHNER Tunisia we behave with trust, care, passion, transparency and accountability. 


We have been present in Tunisia since 2010.

United Kingdom


HUBER+SUHNER UK was established in 1975 and moved to its present location in Bicester Oxfordshire in 1977. The facility in Bicester has manufacturing capabilities for all three of our technologies and serves all three of its primary markets, Communication, Transportation and Industrial. The production facilities can be characterised as “high mix - low volume”, meaning that we produce a wide array of different products, however in lower volumes in terms of produced items. The Bicester site is extremely well connected throughout the Group.


Our Cambridge site is part of our Group since the acquisition of Polatis in 2016. All key functions are represented in Cambridge. However, the organisation has a strong focus on research and development, being the center of competence for leading edge technology which is dedicated to all optical switching. The optical switching solutions are used in a number of different markets including cyber surveillance, government systems, telecommunications, data center networks and oil and gas instrumentation. 


We have been present in the UK since 1975.
