Vehicle power distribution

The use of electrical energy as the driving force in electric and hybrid vehicles requires reliable high-voltage electricity distribution between charging inlet, batteries, and drive systems. Furthermore, road vehicles need efficient and robust low-voltage power distribution to all auxiliary devices for signalling and onboard network wiring to ensure safe and comfortable driving conditions.

At HUBER+SUHNER, we design and manufacture durable and reliable solutions, highly resistant to harsh environmental conditions, and based on our in-house RADOX® cable technology. RADOX® achieves significant performance within the thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties of the cable insulation material.

You can trust our solutions to deliver best-in-class performance while considering space and weight saving features that optimise the vehicle’s performance and reduce its environmental impact.

Our specialised engineering team stands by you from planning and prototype production right through to series production. All our work is built on a foundation of extensive experience in the automotive industry amassed over many years.
