RADOX® EN 50306-4 railway cables are based on halogen-free, electron-beam cross-linked insulation system RADOX® EI 306 with the sheath material RADOX® EM 104, and comply with the specifications of standard EN 50306-4 (hazard level: HL3, property level: M) and EN 45545-2.

Applications

The cables are intended for fixed wiring or wiring where limited flexing in operation is encountered in rail vehicles.
These cables with thicker sheath wall thicknesses are built for increased mechanical protection for exposed installation. Guidelines for selection and installation are described in the standards EN 50355 and EN 50343.
